I think there is a penalty for using heavy armor with light armor mastery.

That penalty is a new thing in Gracia I think.

Yep, and its a bigtime penalty. Your atk speed goes to about 7, and your speed goes to like 30.

not only the atack stats drop, ur defense goes to like 20, but well its a good thing creating that rule
